Hr Advisors (Stevens Printing) - Pleasant Hill, CA

 

We are a family run business with over 30 years experience in the local market. We are positioned to grow and we are looking for the right person to join our amazing team.

 

You will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our Pleasant Hill facility. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients.

 

Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships. Great listening skills, documentation and organization are highly valued in candidates for this position. You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders. You will be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to cultivate and strengthen client partnerships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Ability to achieve and exceed specified sales targets.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to provide exceptional service throughout the entire client journey, ensuring a positive experience from order placement to fulfillment.
  • Communication and Problem Solving Skills: Effective communication with clients, managing updates, changes, and expectations for smooth project execution. Proactive follow-up on outstanding estimates, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work well with others in an interdependent environment.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with technology generally and Microsoft office suite specifically. Ideally some experience with a Customer Relationship Management tool.
  • Attention to detail for maintaining high service standards.
  • College degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer service

Hourly - with guarantee of 40 hours a week
