Hours:

Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

40 hours per week, Non-Exempt, In-Office (no remote or hybrid options)

Salary: $55,000+

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-growing e-commerce brand. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing orders across various e-commerce platforms and sales channels. You will play a crucial part in driving operational efficiency by applying Lean thinking and data-driven approaches. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing your problem-solving skills and supporting your professional growth within a collaborative environment.

 

Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

  • Accurately review and fulfill orders across multiple e-commerce platforms and sales channels including Amazon, E-commerce, Shopify, and Wholesale.

    Logistics Management:

  • Coordinate outbound schedules and manage logistics activities to effectively meet customer needs and requirements.

    Coordination:

  • Create order waves, coordinate with the warehouse team, and provide clear shipping instructions to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

    Data Management:

  • Maintain and update order data in relevant systems and e-commerce platforms, such as NetSuite, to ensure accuracy and compliance with all trading partner policies to minimize errors and avoid chargebacks.

    Operational Efficiency:

  • Apply Lean principles to perform regular analyses and identify areas for improvement in operational processes; generate, maintain, communicate, and publish metrics to support decision-making.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various departments on analytics-based projects aimed at improving business efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in Business Support, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Work experience with Amazon marketplace, Vendor, or Seller Central.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, etc.).
  • Working Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • A self-motivated, driven problem solver.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
