Our client, The University of San Francisco (USF) is looking to fill a part time Administraive Assistant to the Secretary of the Board.
The University of San Francisco is currently seeking a high-level customer service oriented candidate to work on a part time basis on-site.

Responsibilties:
- Provide high-level customer service and a welcoming environment for visitors and colleagues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and exercise sound judgment.
- Collaborate effectively with a small executive support team.
- Support the office with various organizational and logistical needs.
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the President’s and Board of Trustees’ Offices.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance administrative effectiveness.
- Assist in overseeing office logistics and physical facility needs, including supplies, furniture, and equipment.
- Process expenses, purchase orders, and reimbursements in accordance with university policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Secretary of the Board or Senior Director of Board Operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Three to five years of administrative experience, ideally within higher education or a similarly complex environment.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and/or governing boards.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Jesuit Catholic higher education.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Strong judgment, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with others.
- Technological proficiency and adaptability.
Pay Range: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
