Bardes Plastics in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a Payroll/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Associate to handle payroll, duties as well as AP/AR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities/Duties:

The Payroll AP/AR Associate will perform payroll duties and handle accounts receivable/accounts payable functions. Some of the specific duties include:

• Accurate processing, printing and distribution of payroll checks.
• Completing and filing all required tax reports.
• Handling all accounting procedures related to payroll.
• Performing accounts payable/receivable functions to include recording and setting up for payment of all invoices.
• Supervising the Customer Service Representative.

Mandated Qualification Requirements:

• Certificate or degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
• 5 years’ experience in office setting handling payroll, AP, AR.

Hours of work:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
