ETI Solid State Lighting - Customer Service Representative
ETI Solid State Lighting is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Flowery Branch, GA. In this full-time role, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, handling everything from order processing to issue resolution with a positive attitude and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Process customer orders through our computer systems.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about our products and services.
Troubleshoot product-related issues, assist with credit issues, and handle refunds and exchanges.
Maintain and update customer records after each interaction.
Address customer questions regarding warranties and terms of sale.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles (related experience like retail or hospitality is also considered).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software or customer management tools is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
