Job Function:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of designated projects within set timeframes and budgets.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise work crews, providing technical direction.
  • Perform general labor tasks and fill in as needed.
  • Assist ISC supervisors and office staff with documentation for successful project outcomes.
  • Perform physical tasks and endure varying working conditions.
  • Direct small to large projects using ISC and subcontractors.
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and office staff.
  • Work with Vice President, Project Manager, and Project Contract Administrator.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with project owners and prime contractors.
  • Oversee projects in accordance with design plans, specs, and schedules.
  • Investigate and address potential problems, implementing corrective measures.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and field operations.
  • Assist with financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests.
  • Inspect work areas and coordinate material and equipment flow.
  • Lead employees with sound judgment, integrity, and accountability.

     

    Basic requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory construction experience or equivalent lead experience
  • High School/GED education required
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years
  • Ability to travel out of state
  • Pass pre-employment physical examination
  • Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol and random tests
  • Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, and methods
  • Hands-on experience in craft and labor coordination
  • Familiarity with Company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team
  • Wear active personal protective equipment
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license through physical qualifications
  • Attend seminars and continuing education as required
