W.A. Randolph, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Managerto oversee and lead construction projects from initiation to completion. This role is vital to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our high standards of quality and safety. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and navigating project milestones.
What You’ll Do:
Help prepare and submit accurate cost estimates.
Solicit subcontractors and ensure adequate bid coverage for all trades.
Head up contracting and procurement by writing and issuing all contracts and purchase orders, writing and issuing a memorandum to all contacts outlining specific project requirements and ensuring all subcontractors provide references, financial statements, bank references, trade references and bond information when required.
Be actively involved in accounting responsibilities that require your input
Handle project administration by sending out construction sets of drawings to all subcontractors.
Send out change bulletins to all subcontractors, timely.
Ensure all change order logs, submittal logs and RFI logs are printed and included in owners’ weekly reports.
Hold all team members accountable for smooth progress for work activities and paperwork.
Maintain an Action Items list for all open items discussed. Publish minutes.
Handle areas of Project Closeout.
What we’re looking for:
Ten (10) years’ experience.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction or civil engineering (or related field).
Strong knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel & Word.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail required.
Position Benefits:
Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience.
Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, and retirement.
Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Travel: Required 10%-25% of the time.
