In this position you will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating directly with customers to schedule load pickups at two facilities, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Generating pick tickets in the ERP system and aligning the pickup schedule with the internal team to optimize operations.
  • Preparing and completing shipping documentation to ensure accurate billing and tracking of shipments.
  • Collaborating with the production team to maintain precise inventory records of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Managing warehouse inventory flow at one facility, ensuring accuracy both physically and within the system.
  • Working closely with the tooling department to verify that tools are producing parts of the highest quality.
  • Providing support to the tooling department by assisting with tool assembly as needed.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed and accurate records of all tooling activities.
  • Participating in root cause analysis to address and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Supporting the quality department with compliance-related customer requests, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Assisting the quality department in developing and maintaining robust quality processes and procedures.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve all job-related responsibilities.

What it takes to succeed:

To excel in this role, you’ll need solid manufacturing experience, practical skills with a variety of small tools, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
