ETI Lighting- Marketing Manager

ETI Lighting is in search of a skilled and creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy, develop impactful campaigns, and drive growth for ETI Lighting and our sister brand, AURA. This role is essential in positioning our products effectively in the marketplace, strengthening our brand identity, and creating strategies that captivate and engage our audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies to elevate brand positioning and awareness.
• Lead demand-generation campaigns across social media, email, digital ads, and more.
• Craft and execute product marketing strategies to effectively position ETI and AURA products.
• Coordinate product launches, creating promotional materials and training programs for sales staff.
• Create in-store promotional campaigns, including displays, demos, and events, to drive foot traffic.
• Track key performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product features, benefits, and strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in marketing management, ideally with experience in an agency or lighting-related field.
• Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, digital ads), with a background in e-commerce preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling training and marketing content.
• Proven experience in campaign development and channel strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required.
