Human Resources Associate

Global Private Equity firm seeking a HR Associate for their team. This person will ideally have 1-2 years of HR experience and will be offered an excellent opportunity for mentorship and growth.


  • Assist with the on-boarding of new employees - maintain new hire packets, on-boarding forms and files, coordinate pre-employment paperwork, process all new hire transactions, follow up with completion of documentation & coordinate new employee orientations
  • Assist with the off-boarding process for terminated employees - maintain exit memos & process all termination transactions
  • Assist in preparation of all payroll files (international and domestic) with all new hires, terminations and changes
  • Process and maintain employee data in HRIS system - enter, review, verify
  • Help maintain all entries & documentation ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
  • Maintain all employee and HR files
  • Maintain outlook and intranet contacts, multiple organizational charts and assist with headcount reports
  • Manage the HR recruitment mailbox - review unsolicited resumes weekly, flag resumes for further review as applicable, file resumes as appropriate, etc.
  • Invoice administration - review all benefit/HR invoices for accuracy and process all invoices through finance
  • Enroll employees in WageWorks (commuter benefit) and administer WageWorks platform and orders
  • Manage LOAs, Workers Comp and Disability programs
  • Quarterly HR newsletter and other project work as needed


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience; preferably within a financial institution
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High-level of attention to detail and precision
  • Accessible, responsive and willing to work beyond the normal work-day
  • Ability to liaise with multiple internal and external parties in a professional, prompt, and helpful manner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Effective communicator, both oral and written

Compensation: Base- $70-$85k DOE, plus generous bonus and benefits
