Executive Assistant to Human Resources Team

Our client, a Private Equity firm, is seeking an Human Resources Assistant/Coordinator for its New York Office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and very organized. This is a great position for someone looking to be involved in the planning and execution of various HR programs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Calendar management and phone coverage
- Process HR invoices and maintain all HRIS data
- Coordinate travel and confirm arrangements in advance
- Organize documents (printing, binding) for meetings and keep appropriate hard or soft copy files per requests
- Assist with employee events and projects as needed
- Schedule all meetings and appointments on team calendars and monitor for changes
- Manage the recruitment process including drafting job specs, interviewing potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and create offer letters
- Create, organize, and maintain employee files and records
- Coordinate all aspects of employee on-boarding process from background checks to orientation
- Manage firm-wide performance review process and coordinate partner performance review process
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree is a MUST
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience. Human Resources support is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to prioritize in fast-paced environment
Compensation: 85-100k base, plus OT and bonus
