Roadshow Coordinator for Private Equity Firm

Global Private Equity firm is seeking a Roadshow Coordinator for their Fundraising team.

? Responsibilities:

? Manage global Fundraising calendar (including monitoring senior MD travel & specialized meetings)

? Coordinate and craft meeting schedules for investors across multiple offices

? Support event coordination including investor meetings, investor dinners, etc.

? Manage investor contacts and mailing process for communications

? Work collaboratively with legal and finance teams on investor communications and onboarding

? Assist with travel arrangements when needed

? Support Capital Partnering team in preparation for meetings including briefing notes,material printing, agenda preparation

 

Candidate Requirements:

? College degree required

? Minimum 5 years of experience in a Roadshow Coordination role, preferably in Private Equity

? Superior experience and competency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong comfort level to learn to use various other internal software tools;experience with Salesforce a plus

? Strong attention to detail with ability to be proactive, solve problems, think critically, and multitask

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

? Ability to work across all offices globally

? Demonstrable project management skills, including with multiple internal and external stakeholders

? A strong work ethic and motivated, flexible nature, team-player spirit, ability to maintain composure at all times

? Excellent written & oral communication

Base- 110-125k, plus bonus
