Hunter Gibbons is looking for a top-notch Sales Recruiting Manager (SRM) for our Atlanta team. The team of Sales Recruiting Managers represents Hunter Gibbons when working with our clients and candidates. Sales Recruiting Managers are expected to provide first class service as they take clients and candidates through the recruiting process. They are highly customer service oriented, have extreme attention to detail, and multi task like pros.

The qualified SRM will be passionate advocate for both the client and candidate, have proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, and have the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. Ideally, the SRM will also be a self-starter with a passion for recruiting, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguity.

Sales Recruiting Managers maintain successful operations by working a full desk supporting multiple business lines, in both perm and contract positions. This includes business to business sales calls, recruiting and prepping candidates for interviews, all core scheduling and coordinating activities, and workload balancing.

SRM Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates who are available and have the marketable skills necessary to meet client needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the candidates, the branch office, and the client to ensure that a high-quality service is being provided. Advise management of any service issues or concerns.
  • Follow up with client and candidate to ensure that a satisfactory placement has been made.
  • Resolve issues with contract employees hired through Hunter Gibbons involving pay discrepancies, working conditions, counseling, discipline, etc.
  • Adhere to processes for all documentation as required by company policy and federal or state regulations for candidates including new hires and I-9 forms, reference checks, identification verification, criminal background checks, and any other documentation required by the client. Any documents requiring completion should occur in a timely manner.
  • Maintain frequent and regular contact with clients and prospect companies.
  • Maintain frequent contact with sales account reps and other recruiting coordinators to discuss the availability of candidates for open positions by skill categories and to anticipate clients’ needs.
  • Reliable and dependable attendance is an expected essential function of this position.
  • Responsible for working well with others and maintaining positive attitude within a team environment.


  • Proven experience/success in sales and recruiting for a staffing firm or similar position
  • Experience in planning and execution of sales strategies (cold calling, networking, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of relevant legal regulations (equal employment opportunity, relocation, laws, visa procedures etc.)
  • Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
