Software Sales Account Executive Position

Hunter Gibbons has an Enterprise Software Sales Account Executive position where we are looking for a candidate with a successful track record of selling new business in a competitive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of success selling Software solutions into the Supply Chain Management Vertical.

This position has a base salary of $120,000 to $125,000 with On Target Earnings of $250,000 to $260,000.


  • Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions in Supply Chain Management and consistent over quota achievement.
  • Proven success with selling to large Fortune 500 enterprises
  • 10 plus years of enterprise software sales and a proven track record of initiating, enhancing and consistently growing business with the “C” and “V” level decision makers.
  • All candidates must have a stable work history and be willing to travel 60%
  • Build specific territory and account plans to ensure growth of our client's business and exceed revenue targets.
  • Make the customers successful by understanding their technology footprint, strategies, competitors and industry trends.
  • Advance and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of the territory and opportunity plans.
  • Understand the competition and effectively position solutions against them to meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Understand Value based selling while identifying ROI data and how they support the customer’s decision making process and criteria.
  • Maximize the value of all sales support ecosystem and ensure your team is well positioned within each account and opportunity.
