Desired Skills and Experience
·The position of the Technical Sales Rep requires a talented individual to promote, market, propose, quote and ultimately sell our client’s equipment and services.
·The successful candidate should have demonstrated expertise with promoting and selling industrial machinery, components and/or services to manufacturing market segments.
·The Technical Sales Rep will develop new customers as well as service existing customers with phone support, periodic visits and providing sales quotes for requested equipment, spare parts or services. Successful candidate must have demonstrated familiarity with either industrial machinery sales or components sales, and have a proven record of success within the manufacturing field.
·This position will involve extensive travel and driving, so the right candidate must be fine with this requirement.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience presenting and explaining sales proposals for both current and potential customers.
·Minimum of a technical degree and/or 5 plus years of industrial sales experience is required.
