Hunter Gibbons is seeking an experienced SaaS Sales Executive to join our client's team in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, high energy environment. We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, with goals relating to the success of their careers as well as our client’s company. Our client has a flat organizational structure, and the right person will thrive in this team environment with customer service and quality work as a primary focus.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven successful track record of selling SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of over-achieving annual revenue targets.
- Proven sales skills in complex deal development, financial structuring, negotiations, and closing with both new and existing clients.
- High level of integrity, intent, ability and results in all endeavors building trust with all stakeholders.
- Analytically Capable and Metrics Driven.
- Ability to close and teach others to close complex SaaS B2B deals.
- Ability to set the multi-year plan to meet sales objectives, coalesce these strategies into tactical plans, set objectives to achieve the objectives.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8-10 years direct software sales experience
- 2+ years direct SaaS sales experience, consistent top producer in total revenue and quota achievement
- Channel/VAR experience a plus
- Supply chain domain knowledge and APICS certification a plus
- Innovative, inquisitive, insightful and driven
- Desire to build and grow a business and to grow and expand solution offerings
