Hunter Gibbons is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant with excellent customer service skills.

ACCOUNTING JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Invoice Processing
  • P&L Analysis
  • Performs all other duties or projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of three (3) years preferred but entry welcome
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and correspondence furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to comprehend and effectively carry out written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, clients and employees within the Company
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure company is meeting orders and consistent with customers’ requirements
  • Enter job orders received from customers
  • Provide Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving support
  • Performs clerical work as required including answering phone calls, operating various office machines and computers, corresponding with customers, and greeting visitors in the office
  • Performs all other duties or projects as assigned
