We are working on a search for a well-established pharmaceutical services provider, with modern technology and precise screening processes to streamline pharmacy operations. Our client is a certified Great Place to Work, going on 4 years now, and located in Crestwood, Illinois.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Fulfillment Supervisor is a salaried role that leads, mentors, and most importantly, works alongside a team of 15+ fulfillment pharmacy technicians. In this role, this employee will be responsible for order fulfillment processes, as a time management guru, using a high level of attention to detail, tracking inventory in this highly regulated environment, and always ensuring compliance and safety standards. This includes every part of the process from picking to packing, ensuring shipments arrive on time, using KPI metrics, and managing workflows.
We are seeking a rockstar candidate who is enthusiastic about process improvement, who thrives in a hands-on learning and fast-paced environment. This is a highly automated environment so having tech-savviness is key!
Hours of Operation:
This is a Monday – Friday role, seeking candidates who have open availability and flexibility throughout the week.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of 10+ employees.
- Preferably licensed (good standing) Illinois Pharmacy Technician (will require national certification within 2 years of receiving IL Pharmacy Technician license).
- Prior experience working and troubleshooting automation equipment, plus if having experience in pharmacy automation.
- Preferably knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts/process improvement.
- Advanced computer skills: with preference to have experience with Framework and Docutrack and/or other Pharmacy Workflow Software.
- Showcases strong communication, both verbally and written.
