Job Description

The Associate Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of strategic marketing initiatives that support and enable channel partners. This role manages a variety of high-impact programs designed to enhance partner engagement, loyalty, and performance. You will own learning and loyalty vendor relationships to drive value-added marketing programs including Certified Installer Programs, Accredited Dealer Programs, Dealer Loyalty Initiatives, and Contractor Loyalty Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Ownership:
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned vendors, managing communications, aligning on objectives, ensuring program execution, and maximizing marketing development funds (MDF).
  • LMS Training Programs:
  • Oversee the design and implementation of partner training through the Learning Management System. Ensure content is current, accessible, and aligned with partner enablement goals.
  • Certified Installer & Accredited Dealer Programs:
  • Manage the execution of installer certification and dealer accreditation programs. Track enrollment, engagement, and completion, and communicate benefits to partners to increase participation.
  • Dealer Loyalty Programs:
  • Develop and manage loyalty programs aimed at increasing partner retention, satisfaction, and repeat business. Monitor effectiveness and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Weekend Warrior Program:
  • Lead the promotion, administration, and performance tracking of this incentive-based program designed to engage partners during peak retail periods.
  • Program Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track KPIs across all value-added programs. Deliver actionable insights and regular reports to internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, enablement, and operations teams to drive program adoption and ensure alignment across business units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in advertising or marketing
  • Experience working for a large, complex, and matrixed company
  • Background in B2B (channel) marketing
  • Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and build trust
  • Demonstrated solid financial acumen, analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to dive into consumer insights and develop key strategies and tactics to target consumers
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and in front of customers
  • Proven leadership ability to drive strategy and execution across multiple product categories within the retail channel
  • Proven success in leading change with results in a matrix organization
  • Self-starter with ability to get up to speed quickly and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with successful brand and marketing product launches and positioning
  • Experience with traditional and digital-based marketing tools
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience managing and working with agencies
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and learn quickly

Salary Range

  • A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $65,000 USD - $96,000 USD.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $65,000 USD - $96,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
