Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize EHR systems, patient scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
- Handle patient scheduling, insurance verification, and various administrative tasks.
- Maintain patient recall systems
- Maintain excellent communication and math skills.
- Ensure attention to detail and the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in Vision Care is preferred and will consider those with exceptional experience in medical front desk is required
- Additional experience in Insurance Billing or as an Ophthalmic Technician is a plus.
- Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
