Luxury Eyewear Sales Representative – Dita & Dita Lancier

We have an exciting opportunity for you to manage sales of independent eyewear and sun accounts across the state of Florida.

Working with your new team, you will represent both our established Dita brand and our new performance-focused brand, Dita Lancier. This position offers a unique, rarely available chance to take over a very strong customer base and a well-established business network. Your primary objective will be to maximize sales in appropriate accounts while enhancing brand integrity throughout the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to current and new brand-appropriate retail partners within the optical channel across Florida.
  • Identify and target new accounts that align with our luxury brand standards and offer incremental sales opportunities.
  • Service and consistently expand business within your existing account base.
  • Travel extensively throughout the territory to visit accounts, attend local events, and visit the corporate office.
  • Our team is here to support you utilize their marketing for impact in your territory.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience selling fashion eyewear to optical accounts within a significant part of the Florida territory.
  • Proven experience selling high-end luxury eyewear or products with high-performance sunglass lenses is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the eyewear industry with well-established relationships in the territory preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package. The estimated compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000.
