Our growing private MD/OD practice in Morgantown, WV, is seeking a talented and motivated Optometrist to join our team.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in a collaborative environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to practice full-scope Optometry with an existing patient base and a history of extraordinary income potential.
With direct mentorship from our on-site Ophthalmologist, this role is perfect for both experienced ODs and new graduates looking to launch a successful career.

You will work alongside an experienced Ophthalmologist, gaining valuable mentorship in new technologies and advanced clinical techniques while delivering a high level of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams, including routine and medical eye care.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a full range of ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
- Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other vision aids.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for various eye conditions.
- Co-manage pre- and post-operative surgical patients.
- Educate patients on their eye health, preventative care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with our expert Optician to ensure patients receive top-tier eyewear solutions from our boutique optical.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice optometry in West Virginia.
- A desire to grow professionally in a supportive and technologically advanced practice.
- Both established Optometrists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
