Partnership Account Manager

ImpactSearch Partners - Remote


  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partner's voice internally.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnerships in accordance with company guidelines and policies
  • Be an Advocate for a partner when issues arise and answer questions quickly
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes, and report on key metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, product, customer success, marketing to ensure continuity and facilitate partner success during the entire engagement lifecycle
  • Contribute to defining and refining the initiatives, methodologies, assets, and programs within the partnership ecosystem

Job requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a commercial role (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships)
  • Experiencing building trust and developing relationships in remote environments
  • History of optimizing processes, methodologies, programs, or frameworks that improve team performance
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, especially in escalated circumstances
  • Proven self-starter and able to come up to speed on complex concepts with minimum assistance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong enthusiasm and drive.
  • Experience managing cross-functional internal stakeholders and building senior-level partner relationships
