Sales Development Rep

Responsibilities:

  • Uncovering new business opportunities by prospecting, driving, and building relationships with prospects across all industries and markets within the public, private, and government sectors.
  • Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Communicate business value to prospects once you have identified their needs.
  • Work closely with AEs within an assigned geographic territory
  • Report to the Sales Development Manager on weekly sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and lease accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including but not limited to cold calling, email marketing, prospecting/sourcing, industry/market trends
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and Google Suite a plus
  • Able to think strategically and put your plan into action. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Good time management and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and written skills
