Sales Development Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives to exceed monthly and
quarterly goals
Accurately read/analyze performance data, as well as create actionable insights around
said data
Develop proven tactics to increase prospect engagement and acquisition within target
accounts
Constantly test and optimize prospect outreach tactics and messaging to increase
conversion
Hire and efficiently onboard new team members
Be responsible for all performance reporting
Use understanding of outbound prospecting skills to help direct reports build
predictable pipeline results
Requirements:
Critical thinker with a talent for coaching and leveraging technology to optimize results
2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role
1-3 years of experience as a team lead or Sales Development manager.
Proven outbound prospecting skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Highly proficient in using Salesforce, SalesLoft, Tableau, Google Business Suite, and
Microsoft Office
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Positive and outgoing personality
Team player willing to help others
Four-Year BA/BS Degree
