Sales Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives to exceed monthly and quarterly goals
  • Accurately read/analyze performance data, as well as create actionable insights around said data
  • Develop proven tactics to increase prospect engagement and acquisition within target accounts
  • Constantly test and optimize prospect outreach tactics and messaging to increase conversion
  • Hire and efficiently onboard new team members
  • Be responsible for all performance reporting
  • Use understanding of outbound prospecting skills to help direct reports build predictable pipeline results

Requirements:

  • Critical thinker with a talent for coaching and leveraging technology to optimize results
  • 2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role
  • 1-3 years of experience as a team lead or Sales Development manager.
  • Proven outbound prospecting skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Highly proficient in using Salesforce, SalesLoft, Tableau, Google Business Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Team player willing to help others
  • Four-Year BA/BS Degree
