SDR Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coach, develop, support and lead a team of SDRs
  • Motivate and engage team to exceed KPIs and revenue attainment thresholds
  • Work cross functionally with sales, marketing and operations to drive and achieve results
  • Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback for direct reports consistently
  • Provide ongoing training to further support team development
  • Hire and efficiently onboard new team members
  • Continuously improve sales processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ experience effectively managing others in an outbound phone sales environment
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales goals
  • Proven ability to coach and develop all sales competency levels
  • Ability to identify appropriate sales strategies and execute a sales plan
  • Highly self-motivated with very strong project management and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and deliver in a fast paced environment

  • Experience with tech sales
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Experience managing teams of 10 or more
