Account Manager

ImpactSearch Partners - Atlanta, GA

The Account Manager will use proactive communication, relationship building, and value-adding initiative to drive increased engagement, satisfaction, and ultimately retention and growth among the client's accounts. They will also function as internal advocates for these businesses, providing ongoing feedback to internal teams, helping to drive iterative learning, expand revenue with existing clients with a priority focus on establishing a network of relationships within brand new customer offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients post-sale, creatively adding value throughout the life cycle and ultimately increasing retention, reducing churn, and driving account growth
  • Engage with clients to understand their reasons for purchasing the client's products
  • Discover new opportunities with client contact, other individuals within customer and/or stakeholders on project
  • Increase client retention and growth by conducting regular check-ins calls and performing quartering meetings for health checks and growth conversations
  • Function as the strategic point of contact for clients
  • Generate new opportunities for Account Executives
