Channels Manager

Responsibilities:

o Identify, recruit, onboard and manage Channel Sales Managers

o Manage sales activities of Channel Sales Managers and Partners to generate revenue to meet stated goals in a predictable manner

o Coordinate with Channel Sales Managers and Partners to create and execute business plans to increase brand awareness, build pipeline and reach revenue goals

o Evaluate Channel Sales Manager and Partner sales performance and recommend improvements

o Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner

o Work cross-departmentally with marketing, sales, implementation, training, support, and technical teams to execute channel goals Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities

o Assist in partner marketing activities such as webinars, trade shows, campaigns, and other promotional activities

o Travel up to 25% of the time (when the climate permits)

Requirements:

o 5+ years of successful business development/partner management experience2+ years of people/team management experience (preferably in Channel Sales)

o Experience working with partner communities driving Value Added Reseller relationships for predictable revenue

o Proven ability to travel and work remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity

o High business, technical, sales, and emotional IQ

o Able to grasp concepts in both technology and business quickly

o Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

o Proactive problem solver who finds creative ways to get things done

o Excellent verbal and written communications skills

o Flexible attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done

o Competitive, ambitious and driven, with a self-starter attitude
