Business Development Rep

ImpactSearch Partners - Remote


  • Engage directly with decision-makers and influencers, such as CFO’s, Controllers, Directors of Finance, and other finance-related roles within the target market.
  • Generate interest through phone conversations, building out our marketable database by opting in interested parties, and pre-qualifying and creating opportunities for our Sales by scheduling introductory calls with the Sales Team.
  • Meet and exceed daily quotas for outbound calls, opt-ins and opportunities created.
  • Support multiple sales channels with unique messaging and routing requirements.
  • Develop and manage cooperative relationships with Marketing and Sales


  • 2+ years of phone SaaS or financial institution experience is required to perform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business
  • A strong interest in building a career in sales.
  • Highly process-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated warm and cold calling sales ability.
  • Proficient in mining, sourcing, and acquiring necessary contacts.
  • Proficient in and dialer technology. 
  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.
