Enterprise Sales Manager

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage and support a team of 6-8 direct reports by leading and participating in client/prospect meetings
      • Deliver ongoing mentorship and development guidance to a sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and monitoring Account Executives on the sales process
      • Conduct weekly forecast meetings, 1:1 meetings, and coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive deal closure
      • Report on sales activity and forecast to Head of Enterprise and other senior leaders.
      • Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results
      • Participate in the hiring of additional Enterprise Account Executives

      Qualifications:

      • 10+ years of SaaS software sales experience as an individual contributor and at least 3+ years of sales management experience
      • Proven record of sales and leadership success in a similar software application environment
      • Successful track record with large enterprise customers in a strategic sales environment
      • Working knowledge/experience of the Digital Experience Analytics, customer and user experience space
      • Excellent presentation and listening skills
      • Able to leverage a strong network of target executives and AE candidates
      • Strong professional references and a consistent track record of successful quota attainment
      • Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
      • Ability to hire, lead, and mentor new sales account executives
