People Operations Generalist

Sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks, offer delivery and negotiations for all open roles across the organization
Effectively gather job requirements, create job advertisements, time to fill forecasts, and provide salary/market data to hiring managers and executives
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Own front-line employee support including all aspects of benefits from open enrollment to supporting our organization through day-to-day HR needs.
Support Director of People Operations in building out HR processes that will scale with rapid company growth
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of employees coordinating all background checks, employment verifications, benefits enrollment, and new hire requests.
Own HR tools and systems to keep them accurate and working at their best. Safeguard and audit employee information and systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date policies, benefits info, new hire resources, and more in our shared resources.
Execute human resource programs and projects including but not limited to, employee handbook updates, benefits, performance reviews, and manage HR vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in a generalist role with exposure to benefits, compensation, visas, recruiting, policy updates for a global workforce
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Strategic mindset and effective “rolling up your sleeve” to deliver on results
Self-starter taking ownership of problems, projects, and programs
Must understand and apply Federal, State, and local employment laws.
MS Suite, HRIS, ATS, and other technology platform tools proficiency
Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on and global experience a plus
High EQ and interpersonal skills. Builds relationships with a diverse group of global colleagues.
Experience in employee relations, performance management, people manager advice, and general HR program/operations.
