Foster a spirit of collaboration between Sales Engineers and Sales teams by providing guidance on sales strategies and the technical approach for the opportunity.
Communicate with medium to large size organizations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and onsite workshops.
Act as an evangelist for our customers: communicate and strategize cross-functionally to drive success and attain revenue goals.
Actively manage and work alongside prospective customers during proof-of-concept and trials.
Consult with customers and prospects to make targeted recommendations on how you can enhance their products and services.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across the business and IT functions.
Experience/Skills:
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or solutions consulting.
History of overachievement in previous roles.
Familiarity with value-based selling and/or solution selling concepts.
Extraordinary presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust across a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
Displays perseverance, stamina, and effort in every step of the sales cycle.
Shows creativity when solving a customer's business problem.
Knowledge of marketing/analytics platforms or similar industry/platforms.
Familiarity with modern web technologies and/or mobile frameworks; BA/BS in a technical discipline or experience developing/designing web/mobile applications is a plus.
Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in varied, fast-paced environments.
