Responsibilities:
Leading & developing innovative paid social marketing programs for clients and internal marketing campaigns
Serving as paid media subject matter expert with oversight of 7-8 figure ad budgets
Ensuring campaign pacing, budgeting, A/B testing, creative strategy, bid management, landing page optimization, etc. for client and internal campaigns meet industry standards
Finding patterns in data that drive campaign iterations and improvements
Thinking critically to provide creative solutions to unforeseen problems without ever losing stride
Translating strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable items
Tracking, reporting, and analyzing campaign data and marketing initiatives to deliver actionable insights that prevent client-churn
Generating weekly reports concerning current performance and insightful solutions to potential problems
Travel:
This position is expected to require minimal travel
Requirements
:
Have significant experience in agency management
Be a knowledgeable expert in bid management and ad serving platforms
Have significant Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience
Be comfortable and experienced running numerous client and internal company campaigns
Be a master of the major social media platforms
Maintain a data-driven approach to marketing (with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills)
Strong attention to detail
Have a natural desire to take on new initiatives and stay on top of marketing trends
Have a fast-paced work ethic that allows you to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Take a team-centric approach to work and life
Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
Love to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$120,000.00
