Account Executive

  • Growing business through new customer acquisition
  • Managing complex sales cycles with a consultative sales approach
  • Build a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales stages from lead to close
  • Planning and delivering presentations that give prospective customers insights into how our solutions solve their challenges
  • Working with dedicated cross-functional team members to help close business
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product, industry changes, and the competitive landscape


  • 2-3 years of previous quota-carrying tech sales experience, inside sales preferred
  • History of meeting or exceeding performance goals and benchmarks
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Plenty of initiative
  • Tech-savvy and willing to become proficient in Salesforce, neonCRM, and other tech platforms
  • Strong written and presentation-based communication skills are required
  • Proven sales skills in complex deal development, financial structuring, negotiations, and closing business 

Nice to Have:

  • Database management experience preferred.
  • Nonprofit database experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
