Pre-Sales Solution Architect

ImpactSearch Partners - Remote

Requirements:

  • Able to discover and discuss both technical and business challenges in the management and operation of Microsoft 365 and associated applications
  • Can take the lead on a complex technical project
  • Present the technical capabilities and business value of all client products and services
  • Define, present, and demonstrate the product suite to prospects in person and via web collaboration tools
  • Participate in technical discussions with key prospects
  • Deliver strategic product demonstrations
  • Conduct and provide customer reports on M365 Health Checks and analysis
  • Provide technical assistance in responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs
  • Define and deliver remote Proof of Value engagements to highly qualified prospects
  • Able to create technical content that is easily adopted and reusable by others
  • Contribute to the organizational thought leadership initiative by actively blogging and tweeting
  • Participate in content creation and delivery of webinars and white papers
  • Represent the client at select trade shows and conferences
  • Provide post-sales assistance as required to upsell functionality or remediate customer issues
  • Provide advanced product deployment support for strategic partners

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory, Networking, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Operating Systems, virtualization, and other technologies as required to support the technical sales cycle
  • Deep expertise in at least one M365 application
  • Good working knowledge of the entire M365 stack including interactions and use cases
  • Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting
  • Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, establish credibility and respect for the team
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • A proven track record with 5-7 years experience in a pre-sales capacity working in Enterprise customer environments
  • Demonstrated experience working with large and complex customers
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in the context of a dynamic and growing business
  • Degree qualification or equivalent work experience

Extra Credit:

  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem as a Microsoft customer, Microsoft employee, contractor, or ISV partner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud technologies and related service offerings
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft licensing models in the context of Microsoft 365
  • MEDDICC/MEDDPICC Sales Methodology experience
  • Knowledge of process automation and workflow technologies
  • Experience with security and compliance processes and technologies
