We are now seeking a Process Manager (pyro processing specialist) to join their expert team. In this role, you’ll help drive performance and quality improvements across a global cement plant portfolio — advancing sustainability, efficiency, and profitability.

What You’ll Do

As a Process Manager, you will advise, challenge, and support cement operations to achieve world-class performance. Your expertise will help plants enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and improve environmental outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring process initiatives deliver measurable value to the business

  • Promoting and maintaining strong safety practices across all work environments

  • Supporting cement plants in troubleshooting and problem-solving

  • Analyzing plant operations and recommending process improvements, including cost–benefit analyses

  • Leading benchmarking studies and process audits to identify best practices and improvement opportunities

  • Coordinating performance tests to assess equipment and system efficiencies

  • Ensuring compliance with environmental and quality performance standards

  • Preparing reports on process improvement initiatives and outcomes

  • Contributing to knowledge-sharing across the global network and staying updated on new technologies (e.g. raw material prep, grinding, pyro processing)

  • Training and developing process staff within plants

  • Supporting process design input for CAPEX projects and leading major equipment commissioning

  • Participating in due diligence activities as required

What We’re Looking For

You are a seasoned process professional with a strong technical background in cement manufacturing, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to influence across diverse teams and cultures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Process, Mechanical, or Chemical)

  • 12 -15+ years of experience in cement manufacturing, including plant and central/support roles

  • Deep understanding of cement production processes — pyro-processing and grinding

  • Strong background in process design and plant commissioning

  • Proficiency with process measurement tools and performance analysis techniques

  • Excellent understanding of clinker chemistry and mineralogy

  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to challenge local operations constructively

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • High ethical standards and professional presentation

  • Strong cost awareness and business acumen

  • Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage)

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
