Position Summary
We are seeking a technically skilled and automation-driven IT Change Management Automation Engineer to transform change management practices through intelligent automation and seamless tool integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with IT engineering teams to ensure high-quality automation integrations with IT Change Management practices.
• Develop scripts and playbooks to automate infrastructure changes and deployments triggered by approved change requests.
• Ensure automated deployments are compliant with change policies and fully auditable through ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an enterprise IT organization.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with IT automation platforms and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Ansible for infrastructure automation or Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Change Management module).
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks for tool integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
