Title: IT Program Manager - Foreign Military Sales

Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with strong IT Program Management and experience working with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to join our team. This role will be based in the Washington, DC metro area and will involve significant oversight and leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with the FMS processes and will be responsible for managing a team of up to 30 personnel working across multiple locations in the U.S. and potentially around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Information Technology services, FMS-related projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve program objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of up to 30 professionals across multiple locations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, providing guidance and support to achieve program success.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Travel: Conduct travel as required, approximately 30% of the time, both within the continental U.S. (CONUS) and internationally (OCONUS). Travel may involve site visits, client meetings, and oversight of operations in various locations.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on program status, including progress, challenges, and achievements. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all program activities are documented in accordance with organizational standards.
Qualifications:
Clearance: Active US Secret Clearance or higher
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT program management, with knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process. Proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects. Experience with complex budget tracking
Comfortable with OCONUS travel to austere locations.
