About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Business Development Manager to drive service sales and partnerships with enterprise clients. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships, and selling strategic services across data, cloud, and AI portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and refine go-to-market strategies aligned with industry trends and client needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including discovery, pitch, proposal, pricing, and closure.
  • Build strategic relationships with enterprise clients across verticals such as finance, healthcare, and technology.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding, execution, and growth of client engagements.
  • Maintain detailed sales pipelines and performance metrics in CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within IT services or consulting firms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation, cloud services, data analytics, and AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and closing complex service deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
