Job Title: Radiant Logic Engineer

Full-Time - W2 Hire
Senior Radiant Logic Engineer is responsible for Splunk implementation; The team has developed the strategy, identified priority objectives, and we’ve begun onboarding key sources to support the client’s audit compliance mission. The project includes continued enhancement and operationalization of the solution within the client operating environment.
The Radiant Logic Engineer provides support as an Identity Management Directory Services Administrator.
Responsibilities include:
• Administration of LDAP/Directory Services products in Identity and Access Management, such as but not limited to, Red Hat Directory Server, RadiantOne Identity Data Platform, and Shibboleth
• Applying fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training
• Maintaining collaboration sites in which on-boarding documentation shall be obtained (This includes access to OIT CM tools of baseline code and product configuration.)
• Ongoing development support for new policy creation, and other COTS software configuration related to new customer requirements. This shall be an ongoing effort, as security policies, related technologies, and new credentialing rules evolve
• Supporting the review of existing processes and procedures and implement efficiency improvements to include automation of manual activities wherever possible
• Performing installations and configurations for LDAP/Directory Services products - Red Hat Directory Server, and RadiantOne Identity Data Platform
• Performing installations and configurations for the SSO product – Shibboleth
• Responsible for performing patching and system updates as necessary
• Analyzing and resolving infrastructure issues between LDAP/Directory Services products and enterprise environments
• Interfacing with customers as needed to support onboarding activities
• Using tools such as Splunk to perform auditing and logging with LDAP/Directory Services products
• Providing knowledge transfer and hands-on training to other team members.
• Creating and maintain documentation of all installations, upgrades, change requests, and anything related to LDAP/Directory Services in a team shared centralized store:
>Monitor progress and manage risk while ensuring stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
>Leverage knowledge of industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues; communicate this information to the on-site engagement team through written correspondence and verbal presentations.
>Develop and review reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.
>Assist staff by providing mentorship and coaching to grow their technical and consulting skills.
>Work closely with engagement manager to co-lead and own multiple parts of the engagement delivery
>Deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
To qualify for the role, you must have:
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in related role
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher
• Must be able working onsite in the greater Washington, DC area as needed
And Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Cybersecurity assessments
• IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and controls
• Cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps
• Cybersecurity awareness and training
• Cybersecurity metrics and reporting
• Cybersecurity organization design and implementation
• Cybersecurity and risk management solution design and implementation (e.g. SNOW IRM, Archer GRC, RiskLens, Azure Security Center, etc.)
• Federal RMF solution operations (e.g eMass CSAM, Xacta, etc.)
• Cybersecurity and IT architecture experience (e.g. cloud security architect, security architect)
• Demonstrated characteristics of a forward thinker and self-motivator who thrives on new challenges and adapts to learning new knowledge
