Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Lead to oversee and enhance our enterprise Data Quality platform, with a strong emphasis on Ataccama. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on expertise in data quality management and platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of DevOps and data quality professionals responsible for implementing the enterprise data quality platform.
• Define, implement, and promote best practices in the use and administration of data quality tools, with a focus on Ataccama.
• Configure and manage platform integrations with data management tools, and enterprise applications.
• Oversee user management, role-based access, and platform configuration to support governance and security requirements.
• Deploy and maintain data quality components in production environments, ensuring operational stability and efficiency.
• Ensure platform performance and resiliency, aligning with organizational objectives and service-level agreements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across business and IT to align data quality initiatives with broader data governance goals.
• Deliver training and support to internal teams and end users on data quality tools, methodologies, and governance standards.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data quality, governance, and data management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience leading teams in a data management or data quality role.
• Strong background in data management and data governance.
• Proficiency in data quality tools, particularly Ataccama, with experience in major tools like Informatica IDQ.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps and Python.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in leading data quality and governance processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data management or data quality tools are a plus.
• Experience with Banking and financial services is a plus.
