Position Purpose
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
- Understanding market and customer demands.
- Representing the image of our client and providing excellent customer service.
- Preparing sales quotations and maintaining good communication.
- Routing qualified leads to the appropriate external sales executives.
- Analyzing market opportunities to maximize sales margins.
- Maintaining CRM opportunities and keeping them updated.
Scope
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Developing a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Representing our client’s brand professionally.
- Preparing and following up on sales quotations.
- Routing leads to external sales representatives.
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM database.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Understanding customer, product, and industry trends.
- Gathering competitive supplier quotations.
- Establishing relationships with key suppliers.
- Preparing and submitting sales quotes.
- Offering after-sales support and product add-ons.
- Monitoring and meeting key sales performance indicators (KPIs).
- Providing technical solutions and assisting with product design.
- Following up on quotations to secure profitable orders.
- Ensuring customer details and opportunities are up-to-date in the CRM.
- Analyzing sales costs and making pricing recommendations.
- Preparing pricing and sales reports for business strategy.
- Upselling additional products and services.
- Achieving set sales targets and contributing to business growth.
