Sales & Marketing Manager – Polyester Elastomers (PEL, TPEE, COPE)

This position is dedicated to the PEL product line, including polyester elastomers such as TPEE and COPE, serving the automotive, industrial, and consumer goods sectors. A leading global supplier of performance polymers is seeking an accomplished Sales & Marketing Manager to grow the PEL market, develop innovative applications, and expand strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives for polyester elastomers across diverse applications such as automotive parts, shoe midsoles, breathable films, and wire & cable.
  • Develop new markets and innovative product applications.
  • Manage brand owner projects to increase adoption of elastomers in final products.
  • Conduct market research and maintain industry intelligence databases.
  • Work closely with technical and R&D teams to support product development, trials, and testing.
  • Create technical documentation, marketing materials, and product presentations.
  • Perform competitive analysis to inform product positioning.
  • Establish sales forecasts and execute business plans to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 10 years’ relevant experience in TPU or TPEE materials.
  • Proven background in customer development, technical marketing, and sales strategy.
  • Established network in elastomer-related industries.
  • Hands-on experience in application development and technical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of global standards and regulations in elastomer applications.
  • Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
  • CRM and data analysis proficiency.

**Compensation & Benefits**

  • Salary: From $100,000/year (higher for the right candidate)
