Job Summary

We are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and lead a production team for a growing custom manufacturing company.

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage production operations, ensuring schedules are met and quality maintained.
• Lead and develop production staff, conducting performance reviews and training.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare reports on production metrics and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing, preferably custom fabrication.
• Proven leadership experience and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with production management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive cost-reduction programs.
