Inline Operator – Entry-Level Machine Operator

Location: Northwest Milwaukee, WI
Pay: $18 – $19/hour to start
Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift (Monday–Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Inline Operator to assist in our production line by loading and unloading materials from machinery. This is an ideal position for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in manufacturing—no prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Daily Responsibilities

• Load raw materials onto the machine and remove finished products from the line
• Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or irregularities
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on workstations
• Follow all safety procedures and work in compliance with company standards
• Work as part of a fast-paced production team to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• No previous machine experience required—training provided
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• High school diploma or GED preferred
