Job Title: Business Support Manager

Reports to: President & General Manger

Salary: $50k and up DOE w/ performance bonus



Managing the company’s operational and financial obligations, ensuring the efficiency of all Company employees and their performance to provide the highest quality services for the customer.


Main Duties

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Supervising administrative time sheets, clock in & out for all CLIENT hourly pay roll of staff members.
  • Supporting managers and senior staff members with all day-to-day operations.
  • Supporting the President with all travel and travel administrative requirements.
  • Supporting all group satellite travel visits to CLIENT.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems. (CRM data and order entry).
  • All company policies & procedures, including health and safety.
  • Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities
  • Address compliance issues and collaborate with managers to help employees adjust to company changes.
  • Planning HR and administration activities annually & supporting employee relations.
  • Maintaining contact with satellite operations and HQ.
