Our client, a leading organization in the midstream oil and gas sector, is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead key facility projects from initiation to completion. This role plays a critical part in managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage midstream engineering projects through all phases—from planning and design to execution and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Review technical designs and ensure all work complies with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and oversee change management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through strategic planning and process optimization.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field OR
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in oil and gas midstream projects without a formal engineering degree
• Proven track record as a successful Project Manager in midstream energy or related industries
• Strong working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques
• Experience with regulatory standards in oil and gas preferred

Certifications (Preferred but not Required):

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification

Additional Job Information:

This role may involve occasional travel to field sites, including remote locations.
