What You’ll Do

Drive the Build

• Own projects from preconstruction to handover.
• Mastermind schedules, budgets, scopes, and logistics.
• Lead precon meetings and align field and office teams for success.
• Manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and design reviews.

  Own the Numbers

• Keep budgets and cash flow tight.
• Approve pay apps and track change orders like a hawk.
• Deliver projects on time and on budget—every time.

  Lead With Impact

• Be the go-to partner for clients and their reps.
• Run weekly site meetings with energy and clarity.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, teams, and subs.

  What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing industrial/commercial projects ($5M–$30M+).
• Deep knowledge of contracts, drawings, specs, and safety codes.
• Sharp scheduling and budgeting skills.
• A natural collaborator with stellar communication chops.
• Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
