Sales & Marketing Manager – High Molecular Weight Polyester Resins (BON)

This position focuses on the BON product line, consisting of high molecular weight polyester resins for paints, adhesives, and coatings. An international chemical materials leader is seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Manager to expand BON’s market presence, develop new applications, and drive adoption with global brand owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and marketing activities for polyester resins in applications such as coil coating, can coating, adhesives, and hot melt technologies.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new market opportunities.
• Plan and execute brand owner projects to drive resin adoption in global brands’ final products.
• Conduct market research and maintain industry trend databases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and R&D teams to support product development and testing.
• Prepare technical documentation, marketing collateral, and product presentations.
• Monitor competitor activities to refine positioning and competitive strategies.
• Develop sales forecasts, set targets, and track performance against business plans.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in polyester or polyurethane adhesives, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong background in customer development through technical support or strategic marketing.
• Established network within the adhesives industry.
• Experience in application development and troubleshooting for adhesive products.
• Familiarity with global coatings and adhesives regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in CRM systems or data analysis tools.
