Job Title: ARVR Trade, Logistics & Fulfillment PM/TM

Duration: 12 Months (W2 Possible Conversion)

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Accountabilities

Project, Program & Organizational Change Management

  • Deliver projects from initiation through close within the logistics, trade and fulfillment functions.

  • Implement program & change management frameworks, processes and templates “right-sized” for speed, scale, and seamless implementation (throughout the program cycle: design, plan, implement, stabilize, transition, close, and after action)

  • Understand and connect the dots from strategic planning and building a portfolio and how that connects to projects and benefit realization and be able to communicate and support and maintain the methodology to manage new capabilities and strategies

  • Support change management projects through the life of the project including communications, road shows and training.

Process Improvement

  • Conduct ongoing process improvement initiatives. Ensure sustainability in new processes.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation of current and future state.

XFN Collaboration / Communication

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment within AR/VR and Facebook to drive communication, integrated planning and execution. Leverage organizational expertise and bandwidth.

 

Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Build and manage on-going XFN workshops (within & between AR/VR and Facebook) to improve processes and leverage organizational expertise & bandwidth. Manage outputs to drive business results.

  • Initiate projects by working with TLF team members to develop business cases and gathering stakeholder support

  • Develop cross functional project plans, including partnership with technology teams, vendors, and leaders

  • Manage project deliverables, tracking timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and working to resolve issues

  • Close out projects by successfully transitioning completed changes to the business, updating documentation and conducting an after action review.

  • Create training materials and documentation. Conduct training for new and existing team members

Skills:

Must Have


  • 8+ years proven experience initiating and executing projects and programs.

  • 8+ years conducting process improvements and driving qualitative and quantitative improvements

  • 5+ years Org Change Management experience

  • 5+ years conducting XFN workshops

  • Candidates must have PM experience in the supply chain/transportation/logistics space.

  • Ideal candidate has worked within a consulting environment too (i.e. Deloitte, Accenture, etc).

  • Able to understand end to end business process, operations and identify and understand issues, risks, and opportunities

  • Exceptional XFN communication abilities both in a matrix and with outside partners; ability to effectively persuade and influence

  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, & Word

Nice to Have


  • Start-up environment experience preferred

  • Experience designing, establishing and managing portfolio planning and management within growing, matrixed organizations preferred

  • Military Logistics background

Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, required

  • Master's Degree (MBA, MA) preferred

  • PM/TM certification preferred: CIPM, PmP, PgMP, PfMP

  • LEAN certified a plus
